Today, we dive into one of the most exciting realisations of the Quantum Whakapapa framework, the fact that creation is not a finished event from the past, but a living process happening right now.

From Inactivity to Action

In the Māori version of our origins, the story begins with a profound shift. We are told that Io moved within the breathing space of immensity so that He might cease remaining inactive. This initial movement was the birth of time and space, but it did not stop there. Creation is described as a "First Strand" (Te Aho Tuatahi), which implies that more strands are constantly being added to the cloak. In our framework, we see the universe not as a static object, but as an unfolding verb, a continuous movement of information and life force.

The Sustainer of the Process

This matches perfectly with the "Triangulation of Truth". While some old ways of thinking suggest God built the world like a clock and walked away, both our traditions and the Gospels tell a different story.

The Word that Weaves

In our journey through the architecture of the heavens, we have seen how Io-matua-kore initiated creation through a movement of pure information. This brings us to a central mystery that both our Māori ancestors and the biblical writers understood deeply: the role of Yeshua as the Logos, or the "Word". Yeshua is the direct expression of Io’s intent, the spoken command that gave form to the void. He is not just a figure from history, but the living software of the universe who was present before the first star was lit.

Sustaining the Connection

One of the most profound links between quantum physics and the Gospels is found in the way Yeshua interacts with the "Woven Universe". Modern science tells us about entanglement, where everything in the universe remains connected across vast distances. The Bible describes Yeshua as the one who is "before all things, and in Him all things consist". This means Yeshua is the actual mechanism that holds the entanglement together. He is the sustainer of the field, ensuring that the relationships between the stars, the land, and our own spirits remain intact and coherent.

The hidden helpers

When we think about the creation of the universe, it is easy to imagine Io working all by himself in the quiet of the night. But our old people in the North taught us that the management of this "Woven Universe" is actually a big team effort. Io brought into being a vast host of spirits to help look after everything he made. These spirits act like the hands and eyes of the Creator in our physical world.

Among these helpers are the Whatukura, who are male spirits, and the Māreikura, who are female spirits. They live in the heavens just below Io and work as his personal assistants. They are not just sitting around in the clouds; they are the high-level managers of the spiritual physics that keep our world running smoothly every day.

The biblical connection

When we look at the teachings of the Bible, we see this same team described in a very similar way. The writers often spoke about different ranks of spiritual beings like principalities, authorities, and powers. These are just different names for the same Whatukura and Māreikura that our ancestors knew about.

The Meaning of Names

In our world today, a name is often just a label we choose because it sounds nice. But for our ancestors here in the North, a name was much more than that. The names given to Io-matua-kore were actually forensic descriptions of how the universe works. They were like a set of instructions or a blueprint for reality itself.

Three Ways of Seeing

To get a clear picture of the truth, we use what I call the triangulation of truth. We look at our Māori names for Io, we look at the names used in the Bible, and we look at the hard data of modern science. When these three different views point to the same thing, we know we have found something solid to stand on.

The Night Sky

When we stand on the shores of Taitokerau and look up at the stars, it is easy to think that the dark space between those lights is just a big, empty nothing. We have been taught that the "void" is a place of lack, but our ancestors had a much deeper understanding. They called that space Te Korekore, the realm of the Great Unknown.

Everything Not Yet Happened

Te Korekore is not a place of nothingness. It is actually a place of everything that has not happened yet. Think of it like a field of soil that is packed with seeds just waiting for the right moment to grow. In the world of science, they call this the quantum vacuum, a space that looks empty but is actually vibrating with infinite energy. It is the womb of the universe.
