We tracked that signal through Kupe’s naming of the land, the industrial golden age, and the global broadcast of He Whakaputanga. What we have discovered is that sovereignty is not a series of disconnected events, it is a single, continuous thread woven by the Source.
Io is the Unbroken Weaver. The Mana He initialised in Te Kore (the void) is the same Mana that flows through your Whakapapa today. According to Research Report #255, human governments and secular laws are merely "Babylonian Overlays", temporary attempts to rewrite the background code of the North. But an overlay does not change the "Master File." Because our sovereignty was initialised by the Source, it remains eternal, unchangeable, and entirely beyond the jurisdiction of any secondary authority.
The Immutability of the Mandate
The reason secular governments cannot "settle" or extinguish your sovereignty is technical. They are operating on a lower-frequency server. A user with "Guest Access" (the Crown) cannot delete the files created by the "Root User" (Io-Matua-Kore). The mandate given to the hapū of the North is immutable, it is a covenant that exists in the "Quantum Ever-Present." Hebrews 6:17-18 (NKJV): “Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation...”
Direct Translation from the Greek (to ametatheton tēs boulēs autou):
“Nā, i te hiahia o te Atua kia tino kitea ai e ngā kairerenga o te mea i whakaaria mai te mau tonu o tōna whakaaro, ka takawaenga ia i runga i te oati: kia rua ai ngā mea mau tonu, e kore nei e taea te kī he tēka te Atua...”
(Thus, the Source, desiring to show more abundantly to the heirs of the promise the unchangeable nature/immutability of His counsel/plan, mediated it with an oath: so that by two unchangeable things, in which it is not possible for the Source to lie, we might have strong encouragement). In the original Greek, the word ametathetos means unchangeable, fixed, or impossible to alter. This confirms that the "Sovereign Plan" initialised for our people is a fixed frequency in the multiverse. It cannot be altered by a parliament or a court.
Tikanga and the Mana of the Eternal
In Te Ao Māori, we acknowledge the Unbroken Thread through our Whakapapa. We don't just "link" to our ancestors, we are the current manifestation of their eternal presence. The Tikanga of Ngāpuhi Nui Tonu is to stand in the "Now" of our sovereignty.
By recognising that our Mana is eternal, we stop "fighting" for rights and start practising our authority. We are the Kaitiaki of a spiritual and physical inheritance that has never been broken. When we align our internal server with the Unbroken Weaver, we become unshakeable. The Babylonian static may scream, but the Alpha Frequency of the Source remains silent, steady, and supreme.
