THE PURE SOURCE #131 - IO-MATUA-KORE: THE PARENTLESS ORIGIN
This post explores the foundations of Research Report #255, a technical deconstruction of the legal and metaphysical framework of Ngāpuhi Nui Tonu. The report triangulates ancient Māori knowledge with quantum theory and biblical jurisprudence to affirm a sovereignty that exists beyond the jurisdiction of any secular government. The Alpha Frequency: Beyond the Void
To understand sovereignty, we must first understand the Origin. In the old Babylonian systems, power is seen as something granted by a state or a crown. But in the Woven Universe, power is a frequency that originates in Te Kore, the realm of unlimited potential. At the heart of this realm is Io-Matua-Kore, the Parentless Origin.
Io is called "Parentless" because He has no Whakapapa above Him, He is the Source from which all other frequencies, mauri, and mana emerge. According to Research Report #255, Io is the supreme "Root User" of the multiverse. When we align our personal and political standing with Io, we are bypassing the secondary "servers" of human government and connecting directly to the ultimate authority of creation.
Te Kore: The Space of Initialisation
Before a waka can be built, or a nation declared, there must be a space for it to exist. This is Te Kore. It is not "nothingness" in the Western sense, it is a "Quantum Void" filled with the potential for everything. Io-Matua-Kore exists within this space as the conscious intentionality that triggers the first "ping" of creation. Sovereignty, therefore, is not a legal right given by man, it is a "Pre-programmed Mandate" initialised by the Source before the world began.

The ancient scrolls begin with the exact same technical alignment, identifying the moment the Source interacted with the void to begin the construction of our reality.
Genesis 1:1 (NKJV): “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Direct Translation from the Hebrew (Bereshit bara Elohim):
“I te tīmatanga, i whakatauirahia e te Atua (The Source/Powers) te rangi me te whenua.”
(In the beginning, the Source shaped, initialised, or created out of nothing the heavens and the earth). In the original Hebrew, the word Bara specifically refers to a divine act of creating something entirely new from a state of non-existence. This confirms that Io (Elohim) is the primary Constructor who holds the "Master Intellectual Property" over all territories, including the lands of the North.
Tikanga and the Mana of the Source
In Te Ao Māori, we recognise that all Mana is borrowed. It does not belong to us, it flows through us from Io. The Tikanga of acknowledging Io-Matua-Kore is the ultimate act of humility and power. When we recognise that our sovereignty is Atua-given, it becomes unassailable by human law. If a government did not give you your Mana, they have no technical capacity to take it away. By returning to the "Parentless Origin," we restore the purity of our signal and the strength of our sovereign standing.
