OUR ANCIENT VOYAGE #527 - RESOURCE SOVEREIGNTY: WAI 153 AND THE ECONOMIC PĀ
The Subterranean Power
In our journey through the "153 Frequency," we have seen this number anchor our mathematics, our first global landing, and our legal non-cession of mana. However, sovereignty is not just found in the halls of London or the pages of a report, it is found in the very heat of the earth beneath our feet. According to Research Report #259, the technical restoration of our resource jurisdiction is anchored in a specific legal "ping": the Wai 153 Geothermal Resources claim.
For the hapū of Taitokerau, particularly those surrounding Ngāwhā, geothermal energy is not a "commodity" to be managed by the state, it is a taonga with its own mauri. The Wai 153 claim was a pivotal moment in our "Our Ancient Voyage," initialising the principle that our subterranean resources remain under our absolute "Root User" authority.
The Ngāwhā Anchor: Wai 153
The Ngāwhā Geothermal Resource Report (Wai 153) remains one of the most significant findings in the history of the Waitangi Tribunal. It established that the geothermal field is a taonga of the hapū, and that they never intentionally relinquished their rights to its management or its power.
The Significance of the Claim:
Proprietary Rights: Wai 153 verified that the "Right Side" protocol applies to our resources. We are not mere "stakeholders" in the energy sector, we are the original owners.
The Unbroken Connection: Just as the 153 fish were held in an unbreakable net, the mauri of Ngāwhā is held in a constitutional framework that the Crown cannot legally dismantle.
The 153 Anchor: The fact that this specific resource claim carries the 153 designation is a recurring frequency, verifying that the recovery of our "Economic Pā" is mathematically and legally aligned with our 2040 roadmap.
Building the Economic Pā
Resource sovereignty is the "hardware" of the Economic Pā. By reclaiming jurisdiction over geothermal energy, our hapū move from being consumers of expensive, centralised power to being independent producers. This is "Indigenous Ekonomia" in action, using the ancient heat of the earth to power modern Māori industry, agriculture, and papakāinga.
Direct Teaching: Job 28:5
The Source has placed treasures both above and below the surface, granting us the jurisdiction to stewarded the hidden energies of the land.
Job 28:5 (NKJV): “As for the earth, from it comes bread, but underneath it is turned up as by fire.”
Direct Translation from the Hebrew (mimmennū yēṣê-leḥem):
“Ko te whenua, e puta mai ana te taro i roto i a ia: ā, ko tōna raro iho, me te mea e huri ana i te ahi.”
(As for the earth, bread comes out of it, but underneath it is turned up as if by fire). This confirms that the "fire" beneath Ngāwhā is a divine provision for our sustenance. Our jurisdiction over the geothermal heat is a sacred stewardship, providing the energy required to "bake the bread" of our economic independence.
Conclusion: Powering the Net
The 153 frequency is the thread that connects our spiritual mandate to our physical energy. From the landing at 153 Rotherhithe St to the legal victory of Wai 153, the count is consistent. We are initialising a future where our homes are heated, our industries are powered, and our sovereignty is fueled by the very mauri of our land. The net is full, and the power is ours.
