DECONSTRUCTING BABYLON #001 - UNPLUGGING FROM THE ENTROPIC MACHINE

I’ve decided to do a series of reflective insights on the third item in that list, explaining what Babylon is, how it started, why it exists in Taitokerau, who benefits from its existence, and why we might want to deconstruct it. We will then look at the "Tools of Babylon" and how we can counter them in our everyday lives. This series is based on my Research Report #224: The Tools Of Babylon - A Forensic Deconstruction And Counter-Strategy.

What is “Babylon”?
In this series, we define "Babylon" as the colonial operating system predicated on Newtonian physics and extractive economics. It is a system of "Chrematistics"—the accumulation of money for its own sake—which stands in direct opposition to "Ekonomia," the stewardship of the household for the well-being of all.
Babylon functions as a high-entropy engine: it extracts "order" (our timber, our talent, our data) and exports it, leaving behind "disorder" in the form of environmental degradation and social fragmentation. To deconstruct it is to move from this state of "Mauri Mate" (also known as entropy, in other words a thermodynamic state of disorder and chaos) towards "Mauri Ora" (negentropy, the opposite of entropy), where we build circular, sovereign systems that restore the life force of our people and land.
We begin this journey by identifying the "Bad Explanations" we’ve lived under for 180 years. We will replace them with "Good Explanations" that prove our ancient Mātauranga and modern Quantum Physics are describing the same reality: an entangled, relational universe where we are not victims, but "Universal Constructors" of our own future.
