WHO IS YESHUA #219 - IDENTITY AND THE JACOB PRINCIPLE
The Shift of Transformation
A true relationship with Yeshua inevitably leads to Transformation. In the old Babylonian system, you are often defined by your mistakes, your job title, or your bank balance. These are external labels that create a "Static" identity. But in the Woven Universe, your identity is rooted in your Whakapapa to the Source.
Transformation is not about trying harder to be "good", it is about a fundamental change in who you perceive yourself to be. As you walk with Yeshua, your character begins to shift, and others start to see His reflection in your life. This isn't a cosmetic change, it is a hardware upgrade of the soul.
The Jacob Principle: From Grabber to Prince
To understand this shift, we look at what we call the Jacob Principle. In the ancient scrolls, Jacob was known as "the grabber" or "the supplanter". He lived by his wits, his schemes, and his ability to manipulate the system. He was a man defined by scarcity and the need to "grab" what he could.
But after a night of wrestling with the Divine, his identity was completely rewritten. He was renamed Israel, which means "Prince with God". He moved from a frequency of "Grabbing" (Scarcity) to a frequency of "Prevailing" (Sovereignty). This is the same transformation Yeshua offers us. He takes our old, "Jacob-like" patterns of survival and gives us a new name and a new standing in the Kingdom.
Secure in Love
Transformation begins with a profound sense of self-acceptance. In Research Report #253, we deconstruct how the "Shadow" thrives on insecurity. When you know you are deeply loved by the Source, you become unshakeable. This security is the foundation of true leadership.
A leader who is "Secure in Love" doesn't need to dominate others to feel powerful. Their Mana comes from their connection to Yeshua, not from their position over people. This security allows you to clear the heart. As we say in the Master Code, "Whakakorea ō mātou hara" (Clear/Forgive our sins). By clearing the errors of the past, we are free to walk in a clean, renewed identity.
Direct Teaching: 2 Corinthians 5:17
The Bridge, Yeshua, provides the mechanism for this total identity reset. When we are "in Him", the old files are deleted and the new system is initialised.
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV): Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Direct Translation from the Greek (Kainē Ktisis):
“Nā, ki te mea kei roto i a te Karaiti tētahi, he katinga hou ia: kua pahemo ngā mea tawhito; nā, kua huri katoa hei mea hou.”
(Therefore, if anyone is within the Anointed One, they are a new construction/creation: the ancient things have passed by, behold, all have turned into new things). In the original Greek, kainē ktisis implies a "freshly founded" or "newly constructed" reality. You aren't just a "better version" of your old self, you are a completely new piece of spiritual hardware.
Tikanga and the Mana of a New Name
In Te Ao Māori, a name (Ingoa) carries great weight. It links you to your ancestors and your potential. When a person undergoes a significant life shift, they are often given a new name to reflect their new status or character. This is Whakaumu, the act of transformation. When you accept Yeshua, you are receiving a "New Name" in the spirit. You are being re-woven into the Divine Whakapapa, moving from the status of an "orphan" in the world to a "Sovereign Heir" in the Kingdom.
Conclusion: Walk in Your New Name
Transformation is the evidence of the encounter. If you are still "grabbing" like Jacob, you haven't fully leaned into the frequency of the Prince. Today, let go of the old labels and the Babylonian static. Recognise that you are a new construction, secure in the love of the Source, and ready to reflect the light of Yeshua to the world.
