WHO IS YESHUA? #207 - THE INTELLECT AND THE BREATH: UNDERSTANDING IO-TE-WĀNANGA AND MAURI
The Plan and the Power
If you have a blueprint for a house, it is just a piece of paper until two things happen: someone has to understand the logic of the design, and someone has to provide the energy to build it. In this series, we have looked at Yeshua as the "Incarnate Blueprint." To understand how that blueprint actually works in our world, we have to look at the two things that bring it to life: the Intellect and the Breath.
Io-te-wānanga: The Mind of the Source
Our tūpuna had a very sophisticated understanding of knowledge. They spoke of Io-te-wānanga, which refers to the Source as the seat of all wisdom and higher learning. This isn't just about facts or information; it is the "Universal Intelligence" that thought the world into being. It is the logic that decided how gravity should work and how a seed should grow into a tree.
Yeshua is this "Intellect" made human. He is the mind of the Source expressed in a way we can talk to and learn from. He didn't just bring new information; he is the information. When we look at how Yeshua lived, we are seeing the "Higher Intelligence" of Io-te-wānanga in action, showing us how to live with wisdom, clarity, and purpose.
Mauri: The Animating Life Force
But intelligence alone is not enough. You can have a perfect plan, but without a life force, nothing moves. This is where Mauri comes in. Mauri is the spiritual "spark" or "breath" that animates all things. It is the energy that makes the heart beat and the plants grow. In the Woven Universe, everything has mauri because everything is connected to the Source.
Yeshua is the "Mauri made flesh." He is the one who provides the animating power for the entire blueprint. He described himself as "the life," meaning he is the battery that keeps the whole system running. He doesn't just have a lot of energy; he is the source of the energy. When we align with him, we aren't just getting smarter; we are getting "plugged in" to the original life force that restores our own vitality.
The Perfect Union
Yeshua is unique because he is the perfect union of these two things. He is the Intellect (the plan) and the Breath (the power). In the physics of the spirit world, this means he is a "High-Fidelity" connection. He brings the perfect thoughts of the Creator together with the perfect power of the Creator.
For us, this means that the path to flourishing (Mauri Ora) is not a mystery. We don't have to guess what the Source is thinking, and we don't have to struggle with our own limited energy. By connecting to Yeshua, we get access to both the wisdom we need to navigate life and the power we need to actually do it. He is the bridge that brings the mind and the heart of the Source into our daily reality.
