One of the most effective ways to push back against this pressure is to bring production as close to the point of consumption as possible. By growing food in your own backyard, you are not just saving money, you are drastically reducing the fuel footprint required to keep you fed.

The Illusion of Solid Matter
In the old "Babylonian" worldview, we were taught that the world is made of solid, separate things. We see a tree, a rock, or a river and we think of it as a "resource" to be taken, used, and eventually discarded. This is the 3D mindset of consumption, where reality is just a collection of material objects and we are the "owners" of those objects. This way of living has created the "Leaky Bucket" economy, where we take from the land until there is nothing left.
As we transition into the Age of Aquarius, we are waking up to a much deeper truth. The world is not solid, it is fluid. Science and Tikanga now meet to show us that everything we see is actually an informational web of consciousness. We are moving from a 3D material world into a 5D reality where nothing is truly separate. In this "Woven Universe," every action we take ripples through the entire fabric.
From Consumer to Steward
When you realise the world is made of information and energy, the idea of "consumption" stops making sense. You cannot "consume" a wave in the ocean, you can only participate in its movement. This shift in understanding moves us from being consumers to being Kaitiaki, or stewards.

In the 5D world, that same forest is a vital business unit in the economy of Mauri, providing oxygen, water filtration, and spiritual connection.
