Knowing the Waters

If you have ever been out on the water, you know that a beautiful view can hide some pretty dangerous currents and hidden rocks. Navigating Te Ara Wairua, the Spirit Path, is very similar. It is a vast, invisible network of energy and information, and just like the ocean, it doesn't always play fair if you don't know the way. Our tūpuna were master navigators because they understood the signs, the stars, and the currents. In our spiritual lives, we need that same level of "local knowledge."

The Danger of Going Solo

It’s a common mistake to think we can just jump into the spirit realm and figure it out as we go. But as we’ve discussed, the Spirit Path is full of "noise," conflicting signals, and unintended consequences. Trying to navigate this path based solely on our own feelings or "vibes" is like trying to sail a waka through a storm with no compass. You might move, but you might not like where you end up.

Yeshua: The Ultimate Pilot

This is why we focus on Yeshua as the Master Navigator. He isn't just someone who knows about the Spirit Path, He is the one who mapped it. Because He comes from the Source (Io) and has lived as one of us, He has the ultimate "dual citizenship." He understands the high-fidelity code of the heavens and the messy reality of our daily human lives.

When we align our Karakia with Yeshua, we are essentially inviting an expert pilot onto our waka. He knows where the "hidden reefs" of fear and ego are. He knows which spiritual currents lead to life and which ones lead to stagnation. He doesn't take away our authority to speak and intend, but He ensures that our "vessel" stays on the right course toward the heart of the Creator.

Safe Passage to Mauri Ora

With Yeshua at the helm, the Spirit Path becomes a place of safety and certainty. We can stop worrying about "getting it wrong" and start focusing on the work of building a better world. He provides the protective protocol that ensures our spiritual interactions always result in more life, more peace, and more growth for our whānau. He is the bridge that makes the journey from potential to reality a successful one.
