THE ALPHA FREQUENCY #769 - TUNING THE MAURI: FROM THE DEPTHS TO THE DIVINE

The Vibration of the Soul

In our journey across Taitokerau, I often talk about the "frequency" of our communities. This isn’t just modern "New Age" talk, it is a deeply spiritual and indigenous reality. Our mauri, the life force that binds us, operates on different levels. When we talk about frequency, we are really talking about the state of our wairua. In the teachings of Dr. David Hawkins, we see a scale where emotions like shame, guilt, and fear are measured at the lowest levels. These are "heavy" states. They contract our energy and keep us small. In Te Ao Māori, this is akin to being stuck in Te Pō, the darkness of limited potential, where our ancestors struggled to find the light.

Courage is the Gateway

The true turning point in our spiritual evolution is courage. In our reo, we call this being māia. This is the threshold where we stop being victims of our environment, or the "Babylonian" system that surrounds us, and start taking agency. Courage is the frequency where we decide that the status quo is no longer enough for our whānau. It is the moment we choose to prioritise the health of our land and people over the extractive profit of the old world.

The Teaching of Ihu

Ihu (Yeshua's name in the Paipera Tapu) spoke clearly about the shift from fear to a higher state of being. The following beautiful kōrero comes from John 14:27. The Ethiopian Orthodox Bible, version says:

"Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don’t let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."

This is a powerful reminder from Ihu about the transition from the heavy, survival-based frequency of fear to the expansive, spiritual state of rangimārie.

From Scarcity to Abundance

This spiritual scale maps perfectly onto Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. At the bottom of the pyramid, we find our basic survival needs, food, shelter, and safety. When our people are stuck here, they are in "survival mode." Their frequency is focused on scarcity and competition. They are simply trying to get through the day. This is the "Newtonian Error" where we believe we are separate and must fight for resources. But as we move up that pyramid toward self-actualisation, our frequency shifts from "what can I take?" to "what can I give?"

The Growth of Mauri

When we reach the higher levels of the pyramid, we are no longer motivated by what we lack. We are motivated by becoming more. This is the realm of contribution. In Taitokerau, this is the realisation of Te Ōhanga Mauri, the economy of life force. We move from being consumers to being creators. We start to understand that our well-being is tied to the well-being of the entire iwi. We are no longer just "fixing the soil," we are becoming the fruit that feeds the world.

Understanding Fifth Dimensional Thinking

What people call "5D Thinking" is something our ancestors understood as the Woven Universe. It is the frequency of unity consciousness. In the 3D world, we see separation, we see borders, and we see "us vs. them." In 5D, or what I call the Alpha Frequency, those illusions disappear. We realise that the health of the Hokianga is the health of our children. We stop "hustling" in the ego-driven sense and start manifesting through alignment with the Wairua Tapu.

The Light of the North

5D thinking is living entirely in the "Now" and operating from a state of unconditional love. It is not something we wait for; it is something we choose to tune into. As we align our internal state with the peace of Ihu, we begin to co-create a new reality. I truly believe Taitokerau will lead this transition. By clearing the static of the past and tuning back into the original frequency of our ancestors, we become a shining light for the rest of the world, proving that a society built on mauri and love is not just a dream, but our destiny.
