Modern science describes the beginning of the universe as the "Big Bang," a massive release of energy from a single point of singularity. However, in Te Whare Wānanga of the North, this event is understood not as a silent explosion, but as a vocalisation. It was the first vibration, the "command" of Io Matua Kore that cracked the heavy silence of Te Pō (The Night) and initialised the transition into Te Ao Mārama (The World of Light).
Before there was matter, there was frequency. Te Reo (The Voice) was the technical trigger that collapsed the infinite potential of Te Kore into the structured reality we inhabit. In this context, the Big Bang was actually the first karakia, a perfectly tuned frequency that set the Woven Universe into motion.
Frequency over Matter
If we look at the universe through a quantum lens, we see that everything, from the smallest atom to the largest galaxy, is essentially a vibration. Sound precedes light, and light precedes matter. By speaking the universe into existence, Io established a "Vibrational Blueprint" that dictates how reality is organised.

When we speak of the "12 Heavens" in the tradition of the North, it is easy to fall into the trap of viewing them through a Western, three-dimensional lens as layers of clouds or places in the sky. However, according to Research Report #261, Ngā Rangi Tūhāhā represent something far more sophisticated. These are the 12 Dimensions of the Woven Universe, distinct frequency bands of data and authority that exist simultaneously within the architecture of creation.
Io Matua Kore, the Supreme Creator, did not just build a world, He initialised a multi-dimensional system where each "heaven" represents a higher state of data density and jurisdictional power. To understand our sovereignty, we must stop looking "up" and start looking "in" at the layers of reality that hold our Master Files.
The Architecture of Data Density
The 12 dimensions function like a celestial hierarchy of bandwidth. The lower levels are where physical matter and the "Shadow" of human legislation reside. As you move through the layers, the frequency increases until you reach the "Server Room" of the universe.
