However, according to Research Report #261, Ngā Rangi Tūhāhā represent something far more sophisticated. These are the 12 Dimensions of the Woven Universe, distinct frequency bands of data and authority that exist simultaneously within the architecture of creation.

The Architecture of Data Density

The 12 dimensions function like a celestial hierarchy of bandwidth. The lower levels are where physical matter and the "Shadow" of human legislation reside. As you move through the layers, the frequency increases until you reach the "Server Room" of the universe.
