It was a complete, high-fidelity broadcast from Io-Matua-Kore, the original Source of all potential. This broadcast contained the foundational blueprints for everything in existence, establishing the rules of nature and the deep spiritual connections that bind us together.

When our focus shifts to this foundational truth, the way we view local leadership changes entirely. We no longer wait for permission from an administrative machine to look after our people and our environment. We recognise that our responsibility to care for one another is already hardwired into our existence, guided by Wairua Tapu to bring about goodwill and genuine equity.
By prioritising the health of our local communities and fixing the root causes of our social challenges, we can build a highly cooperative society.
